Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Shipped Orders

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on eligible returns.

Customized or Personalized Items

  • Any customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
